Obituary Kelly Eileen Ter Meer, 44, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed peacefully in her sleep on 26 October 2019. Kelly was a 1993 graduate of Kempsville High School. Those who will miss her dearly include, her Daughter, Chloe Elizabeth Parker; Father and Mother, Ken and Karen Ter Meer; Sister and Brother-in-law, Keely and Bill Clawson; Nieces, Anastasia Grace and Alivia Katherine Clawson; Grandmothers, Arlene Ter Meer and Sadie Campbell; and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friends, and Co-workers. Kelly will have a private service this week and a memorial celebration of her life on the anniversary of her birth 7 February 2020.
