She is survived by her children: Brian Cormack (Jessica), Kristie Clark (Naaman), Kellie Campbell (Larry), and Rex Thomas Jr. (Misty); 13 grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 step-great-grandchildren. Full obituary will be posted upon completion. Memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 28, 2019 at the Revolution Fellowship Church in Anthony with Pastor Kent Olds officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kathy Thomas Memorial Fund, and may be sent in care of the funeral home. Prairie Rose Funeral Homes, 602 E. Main St., Anthony, KS 67003, is in charge of cremation.
