Julie Ann Scarrow of Farmington, Arkansas, was born May 14, 1971 in Harrison, Arkansas daughter of Jimmy Don and Christine Marie (Douglas) Hale. Julie passed away July 27, 2019 in Fayetteville, Arkansas at the age of 48. Julie accomplished so much in a short time. She graduated Green Forest High School in 1989.
