Joetta Charles February 22, 1942 – October 29, 2019 Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card| Memorial Donation Joetta Faye Charles, age 77, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at the Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center. Joetta was born on Feb. 22, 1942 to her parents the late Andy Branham and Melster Mullins Branham. She was the wife of James “Ronald” Charles, a homemaker, and a member of the Freewill Baptist Church. Along with her parents, Joetta was preceded in death by one infant son, and one brother, Donley Branham. Along with her husband, Joetta is survived by two daughters, Debra L. (Mark) Bryant, Tammy Jo (George) Belcher, one brother, Conley Branham, one sister, Janetta Wolfe, six grandchildren, Michael Boyd, Joseph (Megan) Bryant, Logan (Haley) Bryant, Ashley (Blake) Gerughty, Amanda (Alex) Adams, Wesley (Heather) Belcher, six great grandchildren, Kylie, Madison, Ava, Easton, Grant, and Henry, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Friday, Nov. 1, 2019 at 11a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Compton Family Cemetery at Collins Hwy.
