Jewell Bullock, 90, formerly from Cardiff by the Sea California, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2019 in Fort Collins, Colorado. She was born in Graham, Texas on November 9, 1928 to Leonard And Grace (Eastwood) Zuber. In 1948 she married Bill Rhoades of Fort Worth Texas. That union produced their daughter, Lynn, and ended in 1961. While working at General Dynamics in Fort Worth, she met and married Ronald Bullock in August of 1963. They relocated with G/D to San Diego, California and built a beautiful home in Cardiff over-looking the ocean. She quickly adapted to the southern California lifestyle enjoying the weather especially. She joined a gardening club and grew some lovely roses. Jewell had many friends and neighbors in California. Jewell was preceded in death by her parents and husband Ronald. She is survived by her daughter Lynn (Gary) Osadchuk, grandchildren Patti (Gavin) Haswell, Ryan (Vanessa) Osadchuk, and great grandchildren Graham and Isla Haswell.
