Jessie’s Obituary Jessie Mae Scruggs, 68, of Cleveland, passed away Monday, October 7, 2019 at her home. She was manager of Jack’s Cleaners on North Ocoee Street for 15 years. Jessie was a member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church where she had been employed for the past several years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar E. Foster, Sr. and Nellie Sue Watson Foster; brother, Oscar E. Foster, Jr.; and two nephews, Eddie Foster and Don Foster, Jr. Survivors include her two sons, Mark A. (Hollie) Robinson of Ringgold, GA and Timothy (Julie Shane Pike) Scruggs of Cleveland; two grandchildren, Turner Andrew Robinson of Ringgold, GA and Hudson Lee Scruggs of Cleveland; one brother, Donald Foster and wife, Connie of Cleveland; sister-in-law, Stella Foster of Cleveland; best friend, Russell Lynn Robinson of Cleveland; three nieces, Donna Blair, Melissa Guyer and Michelle Ownby; and one nephew, Stephen Foster. The service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11, 2019 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with Father Joel Huffstetler and Andrew Hicks officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Grove Church of Christ Cemetery with Roger Blair, Stephen Foster, Jamie Moody, Billy Belcher, Adam Blackwell and Logan Barnes serving as pallbearers. Her family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
