Janie Gillene Childress age 66 passed away Saturday, October 5, 2019 .in Mena, Arkansas. She was born on February 01, 1953 in Mena, Arkansas to the late Gilbert Forga and the late Gladys Odell Roberts Forga. Janie worked in the Banking business by profession. She was a loving and dedicated mother, grandmother, and a sister. Janie will be dearly missed by all She is survived by: Sons: Martin Pitts of Mena, Arkansas Doug Childress of Broken Bow, Oklahoma Daughter: Erin Linley of Willston, Oklahoma Grandchildren; Hailey Linley, Hannah Childress, Kaley Childress, Hayden Copelin, Gilbert and Gladys Forga, Alyssa Childress, and Hadlee Arceneaux Great- Grandchild: Josie Jackson Sister: Janna Forga Bennett of Cottonwood, Arizona She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Autumn Childress and brother James Forga. Mrs. Childress was sent for cremation under the direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena. A private memorial will be planned at a later date.
