James Irvine Napier, 69, Hazard passed away Tuesday, September 10, at the VA Medical Center in Lexington. He was the son of the late Irvine and Lutisha Cornett Napier. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Harold Napier, Carl Napier; sister, Merle Fisher.
