Obituary James Ethridge Silvis 74, of Emmett Township, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019. He was born February 12, 1945, in Jefferson Center, PA the son of the late Jacob and Bertha (Cunningham) Silvis. James Silvis married Sharen Aikins on July 17, 1965 in Salina, PA. James worked as a welder for Chrysler Automotive at Sterling Stamping for 31 years before his retirement in 1997. He was a fan of NASCAR and Steelers football.
