Glennville Ireta C. Tucker, age 72 passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her loving family and under the care of Georgia Hospice Care. She was born on March 22, 1947 in Zanesville, Ohio to Aacen and Elizabeth Wyers Gibson. She lived most of her life in Cambridge, Ohio and just recently moved to Glennville four month ago. In her spare time, she enjoyed fishing, camping, crafting and she loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Donald W. Tucker; son, Donald W. Tucker, Jr; daughter, Corina Tucker; grandson, Thomas P. Stewart, II. She is survived by her children, Ireta Ann Stewart of Glennville, Karen Markey of Blyesville, Ohio, Aacen Tucker of Cambridge, Ohio and Blanche Norris of Cambridge, Ohio; sister, Dorothy Fowler of Zanesville, Ohio; 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. In abiding with Mrs Ireta’s wishes, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Georgia Hospice Care, 141 S. Macon St. Jesup, GA. 31545. Glennville Funeral Home is serving the Tucker family.
