Obituary Mr. Gordon “Butch” Sheffield, age 71, of Ellijay, passed away Thursday, October 3, 2019 at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 12, 2019 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Johnny Chastain officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 12th from 12:00 p.m. until the service hour. Mr. Sheffield was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church.
