He was born on February 7, 1944 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Edna Pearl (Barnett) Martin and Johnny Elwood Martin and passed away on October 22, 2019 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Toni Marie (Miner) Martin. He was a retired truck driver. Survivors are: wife: Toni of the home 2 daughters: Toni Annette Dedmon of Gans, OK and Tiffany Michelle Risner of Mansfield, AR 1 son: Freddie Allen Martin, Jr. of Van Buren, AR 3 granddaughters 3 grandsons He was preceded in death by his parents: Johnny and Edna Martin; 1 granddaughter: Kimberly Michelle Martin; 1 great grandson: Jonathan Phelan and 1 sister: Beverly Bouchard.
