Obituary of Frank W. Bailey Frank W. Bailey, age 93, of Morton, PA, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2019. He was a member of Richmond-Solomons Lodge No. 3 F & AM, Philadelphia, PA. Frank served in the US Air Force WWII. He was an operating engineer. He is survived by his sister Maryanne Bramwell (James) Step-Son Ken Russo and his loving family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
