Francisca’s Obituary Francisca P. Rios passed away on October 30, 2019, in Kyle, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5 – 7 p.m. with a Rosary to begin at 7 p.m. Sunday, November 3, 2019 at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, November 4, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rockne,Tx. Interment will follow the service in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
