Frances Beatrice Carter April 26, 1929 – October 26, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card 90, a former resident of 1200 Thomas Road, Henderson, died Saturday, October 26 at Hospice of Greensboro. She was the daughter of the late George Ralph Debnam and Annie Mae Mitchell Debnam of Vance County. She was a former employee of the Glass Plant where she served as financial secretary of the Union. She is survived by a son, Michael Carter of GA; four daughters, Wilda Carter-Neville of Durham, Cynthia Wooster of Raleigh, Jamesena Lucas of Greensboro, and Shelby Carter of GA; a brother, James Debnam of GA; three sisters, Mary Foster of Henderson, Georgia Kearney of Thomasville, and Gwendolyn Belk of Raleigh; and a vast number of grands. great grands, and great-great grands. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, October 31 at 12:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Sunset Gardens. The family will receive visitors thirty minutes prior to services at the funeral home.
