Edward’s Obituary Edward “Seed Tick” Louis Havard, Sr., a resident of Greensburg, LA, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2019 at his home in Greensburg, LA. He was born April 3, 1942 in Gloster, MS and was 77 years of age. He was a retired electrician for IBEW.995. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Carolyn P. Havard; 2 daughters, Teresa Needham and husband, Wayne and Jennifer Wascom and husband, Randal; 1 son, Edward L. Havard, Jr. and wife, Joyce; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Joann Achord, Wilma Venable and Hazel Allen. Preceded in death by parents, Steve Havard and Marie Lofeus and J.D. and Nita Redmond; 2 sisters, Billie June Crawford and Virginia Redmond; 1 brother, Edward Redmond.
