Edward’s Obituary Edward “Tito” Sanchez Balderas – A loving husband, an amazing father and Christian friend, went to live in Heaven October 16, 2019 in Round Rock, Texas at the age of 76. “Tito” spent his last day doing what he loved – praying for others, reading his Bible and spending quality time with his wife, Mary Balderas. Edward was born in San Antonio, Texas on July 8, 1943. In 1971, he started operating his business, Eddie’s Fiberglass and Body Shop. In 1986, he added Eddie’s Auto Sales to his accomplishments. Several of his major automotive works were displayed in many “Hot Rod” magazines. He served as a deacon for the New Creations Baptist Church in Georgetown, Texas. In his retirement years, Edward enjoyed cooking for his church and family members. He was involved in several Christian ministries including the jail ministries where he witnessed to many inmates. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 56 years, Mary, and three sons, Eddie Balderas and wife, Hilda of Springtown; Rich Balderas and fiancé, Debbie of Lake Kiowa; Bobby Balderas and wife, Margarita of Leander; grandchildren, Austin, Daisy, Hunter, Jessica, Jake, Tess, Sabrina, Jason, Stephanie, Marissa, and Brianna Balderas; and numerous other loving relatives and lifelong friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Luis and Rosa Balderas; and three brothers, Andy Balderas, Lawrence Balderas and Daniel Balderas; and six sisters, Consuelo Valdez, Ernestina Perez, Eva Rodriquez, Alejandra Garcia, Eloisa Trejo, and Marcelina Martinez. Edward’s celebration of life will be held at Beck Funeral Home in Round Rock, Texas on Monday, October 21, 2019. Visitation is scheduled for 1 p.m. with the funeral service following at 2 p.m., burial will follow at Round Rock Cemetery on Sam Bass Road with a reception afterwards located at New Creation Baptist Church, 702 E. 15 Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
