Edward S. Sanderlin IV, “Eddie”, age 57, of Penns Grove, NJ unexpectedly passed away on October 11, 2019. Born February 14, 1962 in Mannington, NJ, he was the son of Edward S. Sanderlin III and the late Sarah Miles. He graduated from Pennsville Memorial High School in 1981. Eddie enjoyed fishing with his brother, son and grandchildren. Other things he enjoyed was shooting skeet, participating in the rodeo, country line dancing and trips to the casino. Eddie loved playing video games with his friends and family and loved his job at Pilot Service Center where he was employed for 34 years. He would help any and everyone with a smile on his face. Eddie is survived by his step mother, Rose Sanderlin, currently married to Edward S. Sanderlin III of Pedricktown and his aunt, Barbara Rathbone of North Carolina, brother, William Sanderlin “Billy”, sister and brother in law, Vickie and Boyd Harvey, daughter, Emily L. Sanderlin, and son, Edward S. Sanderlin V. He also leaves behind 3 grandchildren, David, Nevaeh, and Savanna Sanderlin. His life will certainly be remembered by those who knew him as a son, a father, a brother, a friend and “Grandpop” and he will be greatly missed by all of the lives that he touched. Services will be held at Adams Funeral Home, 64 Broad Street, Woodstown, NJ 08098. Visitations will be held on Wednesday night, October 16, 2019 from 6 to 8 PM and on Thursday morning, October 17, 2019 from 10 to 11 AM. The funeral service will be at 11 AM Thursday morning and interment will follow at Lawnside Cemetery in Pilesgrove. In lieu of flowers, please contact the funeral home for donation information.
