Donald’s Obituary Donald Edward Proctor, age 87, of Shawano, passed away Monday, September 30, 2019. Donald was born on October 9, 1931, to the late Clyde and Rose (Waerzeggers) Proctor. He graduated from Green Bay West High School. After high school he joined the United States Navy. On April 16, 1955, Donald was united in marriage to Carole Ann Eschelweck. He worked for Chicago Northwestern Railroad for 40 years until his retirement in 1990. Donald was a handyman who was exceptional with working on cars. He loved going to the casino and enjoyed smoking his pipe. Donald loved spending time with family and other visitors when they stopped by. Donald is survived by: his wife of 64 years, Carole; his children, Edward (Kathy) Proctor, Diane (Dean) DeWinter, Sandy Tonn, Mark (Betsy) Proctor, Tim (Karen) Proctor, Heidi (Mark) Breitrick, and Christian (Natasha) Proctor; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his siblings, Rose Marie Dietzler, Harold (Judy) Proctor, Gerald (Sally) Proctor, Kathleen Copsey, Barbara (Joe) Willett, and Judy (Todd) Kwasney; and sister-in-law, Gwen Proctor. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by: his parents, Clyde and Rose; his son, Scott Proctor; his grandson, Pooch Kamke; and his brother, Richard Proctor. A memorial service will be held for Donald at 11:00 am, on Saturday, October 5, 2019, at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Cecil with Deacon Todd Raether officiating. Military rites will be performed at the church. Visitation will be held on Saturday at church from 9:30 am until the time of service. Read More
