Diane Carder, 70, of Delphos, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at Vancrest Healthcare Center of Delphos. She was born February 3, 1949, in Lima to Don and Lucy (Hofstetter) Carder. Both preceded her in death. She is survived by two sisters, Sue (Dave) McNeal of Delphos and Mary (Robert) Jackson of Oak Creek, WI; four brothers, Robert (Toni) Carder of Boca Raton, FL, Paul Carder, Dale “Bunny” (Denice) Carder, and Larry (Mary) Carder all of Delphos; and many nieces and nephews and great- nieces and great-nephews. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, past member of the Eagles #471, and had attended Marimor Workshop. Dianne enjoyed painting, bingo, listening to music, attending activities at Vancrest and was a Packers fan. Her family was most important to her; especially her nieces and nephews. Funeral mass will be on Saturday, November 2, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Father Dennis Walsh will officiate. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday, November 1, 2019, from 2-8 p.m. with a parish wake to begin at 7:00 p.m. at Harter and Schier Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Vancrest Activities Department.
