Cherished father of Jason (Charen) Simmons, Lisa (Jason) Smith, Rebekah (Robert) Bubb, Rachel (Michael) Young and William (Andrea) Simmons. Adored grandfather of Addysen, McKinley, Donovan, Katie, Abby, James, Sami, Lillian, Eliza, Anastasia and Meredith. Brother of Jeanne Craven and Barbara VanRy. Memorials preferred to Army Emergency Relief (2530 Crystal Dr. #13161, Arlington, VA 22202-9936). Friends are welcome for visitation Friday, October 26, 2019, from 4-7 PM at PRICE FUNERAL CHAPEL (6335 Sunrise Blvd., Citrus Heights, California) and are invited to attend services Saturday, October 26, 2019, 10 AM at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, Citrus Heights Stake Center (7009 Van Maren Lane, Citrus Heights, California). Interment with Full Military Honors will be at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery (5810 Midway Rd., Dixon, California) Monday, October 28, 2019, 9:30 AM.
