Chester Reed Sebastian, age 67, passed away at his home in Kemmerer, WY on September 26, 2019. He was born on December 4, 1951 in Kemmerer, Wyoming, the son of Joe C. And Hildegarde (Spencer) Sebastian. Chet graduated from Kemmerer High School, and later attended college for a few years. He was employed at the Naughton Power Plant as a sub contractor for several years. He was fond of the great outdoors, enjoying spending time fishing, and hunting. He was a great gun fanatic, and loved collecting various brands of guns. He loved animals, and loved to take care of his dogs, and they were great companions for him throughout his life. Chet is survived by his brother, Joseph Guy (Michelle) Sebastian, of Jackson, WY; his sisters, Alta Michelle Ellis, of Sun Valley, NV; and Jan Renee Moooney, of Verdi, NV. He is also survived by his two nieces, Lindsey Ann Sebastian, of Castle Rock, CO; and Cassidy Skye Sebastian, of Jackson, WY. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his maternal and paternal grandparents. Cremation has taken place under the care of Ball Family Chapel, of Kemmerer, WY, and graveside services and inurnment will take place in the Spring of 2020, at the South Lincoln Cemetery in Kemmerer, WY.
