Charlotte “Charlie” Bell June 13, 1953 – October 20, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Charlotte “Charlie” Bell, age 66, a McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County native was born June 13, 1953 and passed away October 20, 2019 following an extended illness. She was a computer programmer with H.J. Judkins Nursery, member of the Baptist faith, and the daughter of the late Louis Paul and Bessie Bell Graham Hobbs. She was married June 24, 1989 to William Everette Bell who survives. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers: William Hobbs, Leonard Hobbs, and James Hobbs; sisters, Mary Hobbs, Frances Crim, Emma Barks, Rebecca Meadows, and Reda Ward. Mrs. Bell is survived by three sons: Michael (April) Kinslow of McMinnville, TN, Charles E. “Chuck” Bell of Morrison, TN, John (Jean) Bell of Fairbanks, AK; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; five sisters and spouses, Josephine (Davy) Herrin of Morrison, TN, Pearl (Ben) Herrin of Morrison, TN, Barbara Wilson of Cowan, TN, Judy G. (Foster) Turner of McMinnville, TN and Shirley (Claude) Boles of McMinnville, TN; several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Friday, October 25, 2019 in High’s Chapel. Burial will follow in Bascom Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday and from 9:00 AM until the time of service Friday at High’s.
