He was born May 19, 1961 to Joan Davis Brooks and the late Charles Brooks Jr. He was a mechanic and liked Nascar and UK Basketball. He is survived by his mother, Joan Davis Brooks of Jeffersonville, KY; one son, Charles Bynam Lee Brooks of Mt. Sterling, KY; one daughter, Tiffany Hart (Ed) of Jeffersonville, KY; one brother, Steve Brooks of Jeffersonville, KY; one sister, Jeanie Meade of Jeffersonville, KY; and seven grandchildren, Logan Hart, Kennedi Hart, Sophie Hart, Aubrey Brooks, Landon Brooks, Karson Brooks and Maci Osbourne. Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Friday, November 1, 2019 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tommy Evans officiating and burial following at Little Slate Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11 AM-1 PM, Friday, November 1, 2019 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel. Pallbearers will be Ed Hart, Bynam Brooks, Logan Hart, Josh Davis, Terry Davis, Zach ton, Ronnie Lawrence, Keith Centers and Brian Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be Gerald Dyer and Lanny Ray Walters.
