Obituary Charles Paten “C.P.” Mallory, 94, of Owensboro, went to his Heavenly home on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born August 15, 1925 in Muhlenberg County to the late Beauchamp and Crecie Jones Mallory. C.P. retired from Ashland Oil where he worked as a station operator and was a proud U.S. Army veteran serving during World War II. He was a charter member and deacon emeritus of Crosspointe Baptist Church.
