Charles’ Obituary Charles Bucy, 93, died at his home October 24, 2019, following an extended illness. He was the widower of Shirley M. (Mursett) Bucy. Services for the WWII Navy Veteran and former owner of Bucy & Hill Construction are being completed at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ross Co.
