Bonnie L. Luck, age 63, of Johnstown, passed away on Monday, October 7, 2019 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Amsterdam. She was born on August 3, 1956, a daughter of the late Martin Luck and Thelma White Luck. Bonnie was a graduate of Fonda-Fultonville Central Schools. She was employed as a Stock Clerk at Dunham’s Spring Shop for many years. Bonnie also was the owner and operator of Wemple & Edick’s. She was a member of the Johnstown Moose and a former member of the Sammonsville Vol. Fire Department and Johnstown Eagles. Survivors include her daughter Nicole Avery-Bishop (Christopher), one brother Richard Luck (Sara); four sisters Carol Dwyer, Janet Luck, Patricia DeMagistris and Laurie Wilkes (Peter); one grandchild Adriana Gonzalez and two great grandchildren Priya Gonzalez and Maci Spencer. Bonnie was predeceased by two sisters Kathy Luck-Ovitt and Marte J. Swart and her other parents John and Olga Luck. There will no calling hours or funeral services. A celebration of life for Bonnie will be held at a later date. Contributions in her memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to the A.G. Cole Funeral Home, Inc., 215 E. Main Street, Johnstown.
