Interment will follow in Hemphill Star Cemetery, Cotile, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville. Mrs. Pace, 87, of Boyce, entered eternal rest on Monday, October 21, 2019, in her residence. She was a true child of God, who dedicated her life by sharing the word of Christ with everyone she came in contact with. She was a true inspiration and role model for all, especially her family. Although her time has come to an end, she will forever live within all of us, through the love shared and lessons taught. Most of all, we will cherish the memories created throughout the years. You were our rock here on earth, and now you’ll be our angel watching over us from Heaven. Until we meet again, we love you always-your family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie Parker and Laura Lawrence; her husband, Milton Pace; one son, Jackie Pace; four brothers, Wilbur Lee, Jewel, Marvin and Roy and two sisters, Billie and Willow Dean. Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include two sons, Donnie Pace, of Otis and Lavon Pace and his wife, Rene, of Fifth Ward; four daughters, Vickie Dryden and her husband, Steve, of Deville, Janel Enlow and her husband, Dallas, of Boyce, Tina Johnson and her husband, Eric, of Fifth Ward and Sharon Pace, of Hot Wells,; two cousins-like sisters, Mary Lene Parker, of Deville and Yvonne Filipi, of Pineville; twenty-eight grandchildren; forty-two great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
