CONCORD- Bobbie Jean Cauble Edwards, 68 passed away on October 30, 2019. A 1pm Memorial service will be held Friday, Nov. 1, at Wilkinson Funeral Home with Rev. Leon Hawks officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Bobbie was born on March 30, 1951 in Cabarrus Co. She was the only child born to Bobbie Ray Cauble and Ruby Burleyson Cauble Reese. After 25 years, she retired as being a hairdresser and enjoyed going to the beach and fishing. She adored her grandbabies and her greatest treasure was her great grandbabies. Bobbie’s father died two months before she was born. She was also preceded in death by her mother, Ruby; her daughter, Autumn Cox; and stepson, Scott Edwards. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Charles Edwards III; daughter, Hanna Cox Greene and husband Billy of Concord; stepdaughter, Jill Shoop and husband Shawn of Houston Texas; granddaughters, Hayley, Maria, and Annalise;and great grandchildren, Reese, Ruby, and Adrian. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Heart Association, 128 S. Tryon St. STE 1588, Charlotte, NC 28202. Bobbie will be greatly missed.
