Bethann M. Rubel, 73, of East Peoria, IL passed away at 2:06PM, Thursday, October 17, 2019, at St. Joseph Nursing Home in Lacon, IL She was born on February 27, 1946, in Peoria the daughter of the late Andrew and Evelyn Rietz Templeton. She married Charles Rubel on March 21, 1970, in Peoria, he passed away on October 10, 1999. One brother Alfred Templeton preceded her in death. Surviving are one daughter Julie Rubel of Washington, IL two sons Charles (Barb) Rubel II of Bayview Gardens, IL and Timothy Rubel of Spring Bay, IL; three step daughters Deb Matheny of Bayview Gardens, Pam Lotz of Metamora and Kim (Kenny) Thurston of Bayview Gardens; three step-sons Rick Rubel of East Peoria, Kenneth Rubel of Maynard, AR and Jeff (Maxine) Rubel of Bartonville, IL. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and one brother Butch Templeton of Irvington, AL. Her parents and one brother preceded her in death.
