Barbara Green April 16, 1947 – October 08, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card 72, a resident of 609 25th Street, Butner, died Tuesday. Oct. 8 at UNC Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Sylvester Scott and Nola Perry Scott. She is survived by a son and daughter, Derik Green of Oxford, and Kimberly Green of Butner; three sisters, Esther Estes of Newport News, VA, Dorine Smith of Hampton, VA, and Ary Jane Green of Butner; five brothers, Howard Scott and Robert Scott both of Creedmoor, Don Scott of Franklinton, Phillip Scott of Butner, and Bernard Parker of Stem; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, Oct. 13 at 2:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home Chapel by Pastors Dr. Gaddis and Jeanette Faulcon. Burial will be in the Green Family cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 12 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
