Obituary Arthur (Art) H. Sommer, age 75 years, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at the Carriage House of Bay City after a four-year battle with renal failure. He was born October 16, 1944 to the late Arthur William and Agnes Luella Chalette) Sommer in Saginaw where he graduated from Saginaw High School.
