William “Bill” Patrick Mugan, age 63, a resident of Los Lunas, NM, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on September 10, 2019. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Marion Shea Mugan; father, William M. Mugan. William is survived by his brother, Kevin J. Mugan; niece, Patricia “Patty” Mugan and Samantha N. Jones. All services will take place at Romero Funeral Home Chapel, beginning on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, with a Public Viewing at 10:00 a.m. and a Celebration of Life at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Terrace Grove Cemetery.
