Susan’s Obituary Benson, Susan A., of Plymouth went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, September 17th at the age of 91. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert; daughter, Charlotte; son-in-law, William Solyst; parents, Frank and Elizabeth Schommer; 6 sisters and 4 brothers. Survived by children, Marion Lukawski (Randy Wymore), Jeannie (Marv) Henfling, Cindy Solyst (Don) Gaspar, Bonnie (Jeff) Harkey, Steve Benson, Kathy Sayles; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Francis Schommer (Germaine); sister, Betty Ann Farr; many nieces, nephews and their extended families. Susan worked for many years as a waitress and finishing cook for Town & Country Caterers. She cherished spending time with family and enjoying her beautiful flowers. A celebration of her life and Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, September 25th at 9:30 AM at the Church of St. Anne, 200 Hamel Rd., Hamel. Visitation with family Tuesday, September 24th from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave. No. Private burial to follow luncheon at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
