Serelder was born on September 12, 1933 in Atoka, Oklahoma to John Christopher McCullar and Lori Elizabeth (Hunt) McCullar. Serelder married Bill Atkinson, he preceded her in death on June 6, 1982. Together they had 7 children: Billy John Atkinson; Arnold James Atkinson; Robert Lee Atkinson; Anita; Linda; Kathy and Gayla. She is blessed with 18 Grandchildren; 20 Great Grandchildren and several Great Great Grandchildren.
