Ryan Brady, 28, of Bardstown, passed away Sunday September 22, 2019 in Nelson County, after a lost battle with drug addiction. He was born June 21, 1991 in Louisville, a member of A. A., N. A., and chairperson for Recovery On Third. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Terry and Lina Hamilton; and paternal grandfather, Randall Lee Brady Sr. He is survived by his two daughters, Paisley Brady and Journey Brady; son, Alton Tanner Brady; mother, Cheryl (John Michael Medley) Boone of Springfield; step-father, Artie Boone of Bardstown; father, Randy (Lisa) Brady Jr. of Springfield; brother, Dustin Brady; three sisters, Kristin (Nathan) Hall, Gracie Medley, and Victoria Durbin all of Bardstown; paternal grandmother, Glenda Sue Thomas of Springfield; special friend, Mary Beth Mattingly, of Bardstown; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and cousins. His funeral service will be 11:00 am Thursday September 26, 2019 at Barlow Funeral Home, with cremation to follow. Rev. Rodney Lynch will officiate. Visitation will be 3 – 8 pm Wednesday September 25 and 9 – 11 am Thursday September 26 at Barlow Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may go to The Healing Place 105 Hiestand Farm Road, Campbellsville, KY 42718.
