MOCKSVILLE – Mrs. Rozeller Gaither Brown, 87, died Sunday, September 22, 2019. She was born July 14, 1932, to the late Bailey Lee and Alice William Alexander Gaither. Mrs. Brown was a kind and gentle person who loved to care for her elderly relatives. She loved tending to her orchids, baking, crocheting and sewing. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William “Pete” Gaither. Survivors: her husband of 47 years, Adolphus Lee Brown; daughter, Rosalind Brown; son, Christopher Lee Johnson (Elizabeth); and granddaughter, Yvette Norman (Joel). A funeral service will be conducted Friday, September 27, at Graham Funeral Home Chapel at 4 p.m. Apostle Nettye Barber will officiate and burial will follow in Rose Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 30 minutes before the service. In lieu of flowers, they request that memorials be considered for charity of donor’s choice.
