Roy Lee Campbell Sr., age 76, of Hampton passed away at home on Thursday, September 19, 2019. He was the son of the late Jessie Monroe and Lyuna Ada Oliver Campbell. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 51 years, Joanne, son; Roy and wife Carla and their family, grandson; Cameron Campbell, sister; Emma Honeycutt, brother; Bobby Campbell and wife Sue, brother-in-law; Carl Lewis, sister-in-law; Nancy Shipley. Family and friends are welcome at the home at any time. It was Roy’s wish to be cremated with no formal services. The family would like to give a special thank you to Roy’s caring doctors for many years, Dr. James Shipley and Dr. Ahmed Khan.
