Roberta’s Obituary Roberta Ann Florence Beck was born April 20, 1939 in Fayette County Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Monroe and Josephine Schandling Florence. She was united in marriage to Darrel Beck of London who survives. She is also survived by two daughters: Cathy McAlister and husband Jim of London, and Jeannie Goins and boyfriend Wayne Deaton; five grandchildren: Ashley Smith, Joey McAlister, Casey Mason, Thom McAlister and Lori McAlister; one sister, Ruby Webb and husband Lonnie of Lexington, Kentucky; four great-grandchildren: Brianna and Connor Mason, and Brooklyn and Avery Smith; plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Roberta was preceded in death by four siblings: Edna Asher, Bill Florence, Bobby Florence, and Martha Florence. She was a retired key punch operator and payroll clerk at ACS and a member of Corinth Baptist Church since 1970. Roberta Ann Florence Beck departed this life Saturday, September 14, 2019 being 80 years, 4 months, and 26 days of age.
