Obituary Robert Lee Halterman, Sr., 88, widower of Jo Ann Lynette McBride Halterman, passed away Friday, September 20, 2019 at the Presbyterian Home in Clinton. Born in Nevada, Iowa, January 6, 1931, he was a son of the late Howard and Louise Fritz Halterman. Mr. Halterman retired from Duke Energy and was a Mason and of the Methodist faith.
