Quan’s Obituary Quan Van Ha was born in Vietnam on September 9th, 1937 to parents Kiet and Gian. Quan had been living in California, specifically Orange County for the last 34 years. He was loved by many people, especially his nieces and nephews, they will all miss his presence in their lives very much.
