Baby Noah Estupninan died at birth on September 4, 2019, at CHI St. Joseph Regional Health Center. A graveside service will be held Monday, September 9th, at 10:00 AM in Oakland Cemetery. Noah is survived by his parents, Manuel Estupinan, Jr. and Jessica; sister Iliana Estupinan; and brother Manuel Estupinan, III.
