Nicole F. Lubarsky ORANGE- Nicole F. Lubarsky, 42, of Second Street, died on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield following an illness. Born in Springfield on October 19, 1976, she was a daughter of Robert L. and Carol Ann (Thibodeau) Lubarsky. Nicole had been a manager for CVS Pharmacy for a number of years. She is survived by a daughter, Kiaya Lawson, of Orange; as well as extended family members. There are no calling hours or services scheduled at this time.
