Nellie’s Obituary Nellie Viola Overbay was born on November 26, 1945 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky; the daughter of the late Delbert Mason and Martha Jones Mason. She was united in marriage to Benny Overbay who survives of East Bernstadt, Kentucky. She is also survived by four children, Barbara Phillips of London; Gary Overbay and Luther Overbay both of East Bernstadt; and Leslie Overbay of Richmond; four siblings, Wanda Overbay, Mae Overbay and Gail Ertle all of East Bernstadt; and Joann Mason of London; nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Besides her parents she is also preceded in death by two daughters, Deborah Witt and Rebecca Overbay.
