Marvin’s Obituary Marvin A. Menge, 90, of Sioux Falls, SD died Monday, September 23, 2019 at Ava’s House Hospice in Sioux Falls, SD. His memorial service will be 2:00 PM Friday, September 27 at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory, Sioux Falls, with placement of his urn in the Wildwood Mausoleum at Hills of Rest Cemetery. Memorial visitation begins at 5:00 PM Thursday, September 26 at the funeral home, where the family will greet friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Marvin Arthur Menge, son of Arthur and Esther (Bronko) Menge, was born January 5, 1929 in Shevlin, MN. Marvin graduated from Bagley (MN) High School in 1948. Marvin was united in marriage with Kathryn “Kaye” Biessener on February 4, 1956 in Fargo, ND. Grateful for having shared his life are three children, Terri Charging and her husband, Ken, Sioux Falls, SD, Jeffrey Menge and his wife, Gail, Sioux Falls, SD, Lisa Scholten and her husband, Brian, Sioux Falls, SD; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a special friend, Mary Tramp, Sioux Falls, SD; and many other relatives and friends.
