Maegan’s Obituary Maegan Deanne Milam, age 31, of Woodstock, Georgia passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 16, 2019. Maegan was born on July 15, 1998 in Marietta, Georgia to Dan and Angie Connell of Woodstock, Georgia. Maegan attended and received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Georgia. Her hobbies and interests included: eating dinner with her Granny, cooking new recipes, and retail therapy with her mom. She found joy in raising and spending time with her boys and taking care of others. She also loved the sun, but the sun didn’t love her. Survivors include: her sons, William Tobias (Toby) Milam, age 3, and Tanner Daniel Milam, age 1; husband, William Tyler Milam; parents, Dan and Angie Connell; brothers, Blake Connell, Brent and Shannon Connell; nieces, Ashlynn Connell, Taylor Connell, and Charlotte Connell; grandparents, Anthony May, AD and Linda Connell; as well as, many cousins, aunts, uncles, in-laws, and an abundance of friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 20, 2019, at Lakeside Funeral Home from 5:00 to 8:00 in the evening. Funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, September 21, 2019, at First Baptist Church of Woodstock at 10:00 in the morning with Pastor Johnny Hunt, Reverend Mitchell Pinyan, and Reverend Jim Law officiating. Interment to follow at Enon Cemetery. The family has set up an Educational Trust Fund for Toby and Tanner Milam as an option in lieu of flowers at Wells Fargo Advisors (c/o Toby and Tanner Milam, Attention Chuck Miller, 732 Kennesaw Avenue, Building 300, Marietta, Georgia).
