She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Hattie Mae Gibbs; and siblings Paul Gibbs, Donald Lee Gibbs, Kenneth Gibbs, Bobby Gibbs, Patricia Pulley, June Thorpe, Betty Smith, and Doris Davis. Survivors include her husband Walter Biggs; children Michelle (Karl) Duke, Kimberly Heidenreich, and Robert William Brown; grandchildren Ashley Cooper and Chelsea Harris; great grandson Alex Cooper; and brother Gerald Gibbs. Visitation will take place at Anderson & Garrett Funeral Home on Monday, September 9th from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M. and again on Tuesday, September 10th from 11 A.M. until the hour of Service at 2 P.M. with Rev. Hubert Cunningham officiating. Interment follows at Forest Grove UMC Cemetery.
