Kimberly was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on May 9, 1970, to the late Roger Edward Rigsby and Eizabeth Diane Keymon Rigsby. Kimberly is survived by her daughter, Hayley Rigsby; son, Justin Elliott; and two grandchildren. No services are scheduled.
