Mr. Kenneth Rickey Couch, age 66, of Arab, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2019 at Hospice Family Care of Huntsville. Mr. Couch was born on June 11, 1953 to Kenneth Monroe Couch & Era Dale Martin Couch. Mr. Couch graduated Arab High School in 1971. He enjoyed watching Alabama Football and Nascar. Mr. Couch loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. Mr. Couch is survived by his daughters, Lindsey Couch Douglas (Michael), Abbey Couch Ray (Carson); grandchildren, Mary Margaret Douglas, Harper Jane Douglas, Jack Douglas, Frank Ray, Jana Elizabeth Ray; special friend, Ann Burrow; sister, Rhonda Couch McElroy (Bruce); nephew, Dustin McElroy. Preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth M. & Era Dale Couch; nephew, Jeremy Brandon McElroy. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ricky Smith, officiating. Burial will be in the Union Grove First Baptist Church Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing. Pallbearers will include; Michael Douglas, Carson Ray, Tommy Couch, Dustin McElroy, Lynn Wilson & Dewayne Ray. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. – 8:00p.m. Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
