Jody Kim Redmon was born August 8, 1963 in Molene, IL and attended Feanddina Beach School. Jody moved to Midlothian in the 1990’s and has worked for Smart Shop for the last 15 years. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, Gigi and friend. Jody loved road trips, casinos and beach adventures. She was an amazing woman and will be greatly missed. Jody is survived by her parents Jack and Judy Knudsen. Two brothers Jack Jr Knudsen and wife Donna; Jeff Knudsen and wife Anna. One daughter Rebecca Marshall and husband Brian (Beetle). Four grandchildren Kayleigh, Jase, Aaron, and Gunner. Also many cousins, Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews and treasured friends.
